Population Challenges
Germany is a fairly steady well rounded country. With such a diverse culture, there are bound to be issues with immigration, and race. With all the immigrants, there will be problems integrating with the host culture and economy, as well as social life. For example, In recent years the failure of this community of Turkish immigrants to integrate into German society has come to light. Over the years there has been an increase in immigration, so this should be an issue to consider. Another issue, is the main population itself. Take a look at the population pyramids on the right of the page. As the years go by, we can notice a steady increase in the aging population, as well a decrease in the birth rate. The Dependency Load is increasing with each year. This could put a serious strain on the government and take out funding for other uses.
